Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What warranty does the furniture have?

As direct manufacturers, we offer a full warranty against manufacturing defects, structural welding defects and electrostatic coating failures, backed directly by our plant.

Can you build furniture in custom sizes or colors?

Yes. For institutional or volume projects, our engineering department adapts sizes, paint colors and upholstery finishes to your client's corporate identity.

How long does a volume delivery take?

It depends on the number of pieces and the level of customization, but because we keep stock and run continuous production, we handle tenders and rush orders on competitive timelines. Share your requirements and we will confirm an exact date.
